About Rincaro Alloys
One Metal. One Focus. Consistent Ingots, Heat After Heat.
Rincaro Alloys Private Limited was established in 2023 by Managing Director Deepak Sharma, who has been working in the aluminium industry since 2018.
We work only in aluminium. That single focus keeps our furnaces, tools and raw material streams free from zinc and other cross-contamination, so the chemistry you order is the chemistry you receive. Sorted scrap goes in, spectro-verified alloy ingots come out.

Scrap Sourcing
Aluminium wheel, casting and engine scrap procured from trusted suppliers.
Sorting
Material is segregated by type and alloy family to control input chemistry.
Melting
Charged into our melting furnace with fume extraction running throughout.
Spectro Testing
Melt samples are analysed and chemistry is corrected to the target grade.
Ingot Casting
Molten metal flows through the launder into our chain-type ingot casting machine.
Dispatch
Ingots are inspected, bundled and dispatched as per your schedule.
