Plant & Infrastructure
A purpose-built aluminium recycling and ingot casting facility at UPSIDC Industrial Area, Kosi Kotwan, Mathura.
Raw Material Yard & Segregation
Our covered yard receives aluminium alloy wheel scrap, engine and gearbox casting scrap and other aluminium scrap. Material is segregated by type and alloy family before charging, which is the first and most important step in controlling final chemistry.
- Separate stacks for wheel, casting and mixed scrap
- Removal of iron, rubber and foreign material
- Feed conveyor for controlled charging
Aluminium Melting Furnace
Scrap is charged into our heavy-duty melting furnace with a chain-operated lifting door. The furnace body is hydraulically tilted for controlled tapping of molten metal, giving our team full control over each heat.
- Robust steel-framed, refractory-lined furnace
- Hydraulic tilting for safe, controlled tapping
- Trained crew with full PPE on the melt floor
Fume Extraction & Cyclone System
A ducted fume extraction system with cyclone separator captures fumes and dust from the furnace, keeping the shop floor cleaner and safer for our people and reducing emissions to the surroundings.
- Ducted extraction directly from the furnace hood
- Cyclone separator for dust collection
- Recycling aluminium saves energy versus primary metal
Launder & Ingot Casting Machine
Molten metal flows from the tilting furnace through a refractory-lined launder into our chain-type ingot casting machine. Moving moulds give uniform ingot size and weight with a clean surface, ready for your furnace.
- Continuous chain-mould casting
- Uniform ingot shape for easy handling and charging
- Reduced dross and oxide inclusion
In-house Spectro Lab
Our quality lab runs a VAS Silver optical emission spectrometer for fast, accurate elemental analysis of aluminium. Samples are tested during melting and before casting, so any correction is made while the metal is still in the furnace.
Our Quality ProcessLocation Advantage
Strategically Placed in Kosi Kotwan, Mathura
UPSIDC Industrial Area, Kosi Kotwan sits on the Delhi-Agra corridor (NH-19), giving fast road access to Delhi NCR, Haryana, Rajasthan and the rest of North India.
