ADC12 Aluminium Alloy Ingot
ADC12 combines excellent fluidity, pressure tightness and resistance to hot cracking with good machinability. It is the first choice for high-pressure die casting of automotive, two-wheeler and general engineering parts.
Standard JIS, BS and AA grades in regular production, plus custom chemistries cast to your specification.
Our Range
We specialise exclusively in aluminium. Each grade below is produced from carefully segregated scrap and verified on our in-house spectrometer before casting. Many more grades are available on request.
ADC12 combines excellent fluidity, pressure tightness and resistance to hot cracking with good machinability. It is the first choice for high-pressure die casting of automotive, two-wheeler and general engineering parts.
LM6 has near-eutectic silicon content giving superb castability and very good resistance to corrosion, including marine atmospheres. It suits large, thin-walled and complex sand and gravity castings.
ADC1 offers excellent fluidity and corrosion resistance with lower copper than ADC12. It performs well in thin-walled, large-area die castings where filling is critical.
A356 responds well to T6 heat treatment, delivering a strong balance of strength, elongation and fatigue resistance. It is the standard alloy for cast aluminium wheels and safety-critical structural castings.
ADC6 is an aluminium-magnesium alloy with the best corrosion resistance in the ADC family and an attractive surface that anodises well. It is preferred for decorative and marine applications.
